A Collaborative, Growth-Oriented Practice
Shape Your Ideal Practice in a Values-Driven CollectivE
Are you a therapist seeking a thriving practice with autonomy, professional connection, and long-term growth? Soul Centered Therapy is building a holistic, growth-oriented group practice where therapists can develop their specialties, expand their impact, and work within a supportive, like-minded community.
We are looking for motivated, values-aligned therapists who want to build a sustainable caseload while shaping the future of our collective practice.
Why Join Soul Centered Therapy?
We’re creating a collaborative, therapist-centered environment that values:
-

Clinician Growth & Wellbeing
A grounded, sustainable environment where therapists can deepen their clinical craft, receive meaningful support, and do high-quality work without burnout.
-

Autonomy, Collaboration & Co-Creation
Respect for your clinical judgment and space for your ideas. Therapists have real influence in shaping programs, culture, and the future of our practice.
-

Equity, Inclusion & Cultural Humility
A commitment to anti-oppressive practice and creating a healing space that honors diverse identities, lived experiences, and perspectives — both for our clients and our team.
As an independent contractor, you'll have the opportunity to build a full, sustainable caseload while contributing to a practice that supports professional development and clinical excellence.
